RAGSec is an early-stage security company. We are small, focused, and building something that does not exist yet. If the problem of RAG security interests you and you want to work on it directly, we want to hear from you.

What we are building toward

Our goal is to be the default security layer for teams shipping multi-tenant RAG applications — the tool that proves whether your retrieval layer is actually isolated, across every provider, every deployment model, and every version of your application.

Getting there requires people who combine deep technical understanding of how vector databases, RAG architectures, and application access control work — with the security mindset to think adversarially about where those systems break.

Areas we are always interested in

• Security research: Applying adversarial thinking to vector database systems, retrieval architectures, and LLM application security. Experience with security invariant testing, red teaming, or offensive security research.
• Product engineering: Building the scanner, connector infrastructure, proof platform, and remediation tooling. Strong Python or Go, comfort with security tooling concepts, experience with managed cloud services.
• AI/ML infrastructure: Deep understanding of embedding pipelines, vector store operations, and retrieval architecture. Experience shipping multi-tenant AI applications.
